As girls are so many things in one.  Sometimes we fall short in embracing the beautiful, multifaceted humans we are.  We can be girl-bosses, love fashion and wear pink lipstick.  We can like to sweat, workout, be healthy and fit.  We can be motherly and yet strong at the office.  Certainly, we can live a life of passion and compassion because we are women! Above all, we can do all that and be all those things at once.

Our “Grateful to be a Woman Retreat” celebrates our many hats.  Our celebrations include yoga, and meditation, circle discussions, waterfall hiking, and more.  Because we love being girls, we even scheduled a sprinkling of total girly explosion with beauty night and a photoshoot to embrace your being a woman.  

More important than anything on the schedule are the things we will share and learn, the friendships that will be built and the memories that will be made.

Love who you are both inside and out.  Love the women in your circle and those that just come across your path.  Living a robust life with a smile that pays it forward enriches not only you but everyone that you encounter.  

Maya Angelou says it like this, “The best part of life is not just surviving, but thriving with passion and compassion and humor and style and generosity and kindness”.

Welcome greet and meet between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Lunch 12:15 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.  Afternoon time in the town to shop 1:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Late afternoon vinyasa class 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.  Free time. Dinner 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.  Circle discussions about being a woman / games  8:45 – ???


Morning vinyasa class 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.  Breakfast 8:45 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.  Waterfall hikes 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  Lunch 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.  Panning for rubies 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.  YIN yoga class and meditation 4:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.  Free time.  Dinner 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.  Hair, makeup, dress-up and photoshoot 8:00 – ????
